How hiring works here
Every role starts with a short, real piece of work. For the Operations and Delivery Manager it is a 90-minute delivery challenge: plan a client call, put a week's work on a board, and write to a founder. You add a 60-second voice note and send the link from the page for the country you live in.

What we look for in a senior hire
Years in the role matter, and so does how many clients you have held at once. What matters most is judgement: the questions you ask before anything is built, whether every task has an owner and a date, and whether you tell a founder the truth early when something moves.
We also look for people who already work with AI every day and can say where it was wrong. That is most of the job here.

Our clients are founders in the UK, Dubai and the US, and every call is in English. Each of the three countries puts a good part of that working day inside yours, which is why each has its own page with its own hours.
