What you get
Why this job is different
You speak with the founders every week, and the AI you plan is built and trained in their first month, then goes live.
- You join the team trusted by brands including Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon Prime, San Miguel, Playboy, Levi's, Anytime Fitness, Biovene, Property Entrepreneur, Champ Vision, Digital Saga and Gadget Flow.
- 300+ AI systems built and 500+ AI agents deployed, and you work beside the people who build them.
- You are in the room while founders' AI goes live: agents that answer their leads, dashboards that run their numbers, content written by AI. You are the one who makes it ship.
- Our AI agents write the recaps and first drafts, so your time goes on the calls and the decisions.
- Full time, flexible hours, pay set in US dollars.
Who we are looking for
This is for you if
This is a senior role for an experienced project or operations manager who already works online with foreign clients, or wants to. We hire on judgement and track record.
- You have 3 to 5 years or more as a project, operations or account manager, at an agency, a software company or a BPO account with foreign clients.
- Eight or more clients at once is a normal week for you, and you keep every one of them informed when the work runs late.
- You have delivered at least three of these for paying clients: websites, CRM automations, AI agents, lead generation, SEO. Any CRM counts.
- You already use Claude or ChatGPT every working day, and you know when to trust it and when not to.
- You run a video call with a UK or US founder in clear, confident English, and you leave it with every answer you need.
- You chase without being asked, including your own boss, and you say early when something will slip.
The work itself
What you will do
From the day a founder signs to the day their AI goes live.
- Be the one person each client deals with, and tell them where their work stands before they ask
- Lead the calls with founders abroad, working through the question set for each, so the team gets every answer the first time
- Put every answer and ask on our board as a task with an owner, a date and a clear finish line, the same day
- Make sure every new client can log in and is using what they bought in their first weeks
- Follow up with the build team until each piece is done, test it live yourself, then send it and reply to the client the same working day
- Flag the quiet client before they leave, and the happy one who is ready for more
The detail
What the job is like
The AI you will ship
While you work your afternoon and evening, founders on the other side of the world are getting an AI team from us. You are the person who puts it in their hands.
- A website built to be found on Google and ChatGPT
- An AI sales agent that answers a lead in seconds, in website chat, Instagram, WhatsApp and email
- A CRM with the follow-ups built in
- One dashboard the founder runs the business from
- On bigger plans, AI lead generation and daily content; on the biggest, custom AI builds so the whole company runs on AI
Our builders and AI agents build it. From home, you make sure each founder gets what they asked for, sees it working, and that their team uses it.
A client you might take on
A training company that sells through live events, moving every department onto one AI system: events, sales and marketing first, then reporting, finance and the team.
You run their weekly call, turn each answer into tasks, make sure every team can log in, and tell them what is live before they ask. In a normal week this is one of several clients you look after, each with its own call and its own list of tasks.
How to spot a legit online job in the Philippines
Four checks before you spend time on any work from home job:
- The company advertises it on its own website
- It never asks you for a fee
- It states the pay range up front
- You speak to a real person before you start
This role passes all four. It is on our own website, we never charge applicants, the range is $24,000 to $36,000 a year, and shortlisted applicants have a call with our CEO.
What this job pays in the Philippines
The range is the same in all three countries we hire in, and it is written on every page so nobody spends 90 minutes on a challenge for a job that does not fit their plans.
Where you start in it depends on your years in the role, how many clients you have held at once and kept, and what your challenge and voice note show us.
Your hours from the Philippines
Our UK clients come online in your late afternoon, so your working day runs from mid-afternoon into the late evening, Philippine time.
Some US calls come later at night. Outside the call windows you plan your own hours.
Your first 90 days from the Philippines
Your first month: you join every client call, learn the board and the dashboard, and then start leading the calls yourself, all from home.
By day 90 every client knows where their work stands without asking, every call becomes tasks the same day, and nothing reaches a client until you have tested it.
A day from the Philippines
A typical day, in Philippine time.
- Mid-afternoon: a pass through the board, and a catch-up with our CEO, who works in your time zone.
- Late afternoon into the late evening: UK founders come online, and the day's calls become tasks for the team.
- Now and then, a later call with a US client. Your mornings stay free.
Working with founders on the other side of the world
Your clients are asleep while you plan, and awake when you call. That rhythm is the job: you prepare in the afternoon, run the calls into the evening, and the build team picks up the tasks overnight for them.
It suits someone who likes a calm start, a busy evening and seeing the next day's work already moving when they log on. Your evenings are where the work happens, and your mornings are your own.
What happens after you apply
Every complete application is checked against the challenge, and a person on our team signs off every decision.
If yours is a fit, the next step is a call with our CEO.
Before you apply
The delivery challenge
About 90 minutes. It shows us how you run a call, plan the work and write to a founder, which no CV can.
The scenario. You have just taken over delivery for a founder who runs paid webinars. Ten referral partners send sign-ups, tracked by hand on ten separate pages. The plan you inherited: one shared page with a link per partner, an AI agent that books and reminds every sign-up, and a daily report instead of the manual count. Live by Friday.
Monday morning, your inbox:
- Five of the ten partner emails are unwritten. Only the subject lines exist.
- The founder, Friday at 6pm: can the system also take payment on the call, “if that’s not much extra work”?
- Your automation builder, Saturday: the booking tool the partner links depend on cannot do it. A different mechanism is needed.
- Your builder marked the partner pages done on Friday. Two of them show a price that does not match the founder’s own invoice.
- The founder’s two sales staff still cannot log in to their new dashboard.
- One 90-minute call with the founder on Thursday. Nothing else before go-live.
Send us four things, in one document.
A. The call
The questions you will ask on Thursday, in order, with one line on why each is there. Ten at most.
B. The board
The tasks for our team this week, each with an owner, a date and how we will know it is finished. Then two lines: what ships on Friday, and what moves.
C. The message
The Monday message you would send the founder before Thursday. Ready to send, not a description of one.
D. How you used AI
Use Claude or ChatGPT for A to C. Then show one place its first draft was wrong or generic, and what you changed. Tell us what you did not hand to it.
Then a 60-second voice note about a client project that went wrong and what you did. Any link that plays in a browser works: Loom, Vocaroo, Google Drive or an unlisted YouTube video. Put it at the very top of the document.
Submit one Google Doc with link sharing on, a Notion page or a web page, through the form below. An application without the challenge is not reviewed.
If you are well past 90 minutes, stop and send what you have. Knowing when to stop is part of the test.
How we read it
- A. Would your questions unblock Friday’s build?
- B. Could a builder work from your board without asking you anything?
- C. Would the founder trust you more after reading it?
- D. One real catch, not praise for the tool.
The voice note tells us how a founder will hear you on a call.
Applying
Send your challenge
Do the delivery challenge first and put your 60-second voice note link at the top of it, then send it here.
Questions people ask about this job in the Philippines
Is this a legit work from home job, or a BPO placement?
It is a direct role advertised by The Agency itself, an AI agency, on our own website, not by a staffing agency or BPO. We never ask applicants for a fee, and every complete application is checked.
How much does this online job pay in pesos?
The range is $24,000 to $36,000 a year, set in US dollars, which is about ₱125,000 to ₱188,000 a month at the 12 October 2026 rate. The peso amount is an estimate and moves with the exchange rate.
Is this job full time?
Yes, full time and home based, with flexible hours planned around a few fixed windows for client calls. It is a senior role: you hold the relationship with every client after they sign, not a set of tasks.
Do I need GoHighLevel or HubSpot experience?
Either is fine, and so is any similar CRM such as Salesforce or Zoho. We need someone who has run client work through a CRM every day. Our own custom CRM and client dashboard follow the same logic.
How much time should I give the challenge?
About 90 minutes, plus a 60-second voice note, and it is designed to be done in one sitting. You plan a founder's call, put a week of work on a board and write the founder a message, using AI as you normally would.
Is this a night shift job?
Partly. Your day runs from mid-afternoon into the late evening, Philippine time, to match our UK clients, and some US calls come later. Outside those call windows you plan your own hours, including whether you start earlier.
Do I need a college degree for this online job?
No. We hire on 3 to 5 years or more running projects or accounts, on how many clients you have held at once, and on your challenge and voice note. A degree is welcome but never required.
Can I apply while I work for a BPO or another client?
Yes. The challenge takes about 90 minutes and fits into an evening or a day off, and applying tells nobody at your current job. Send it whenever it suits you; there is no deadline on this page.
The same role, other countries
Think you can run this?
Do the challenge, record the voice note, send the link. If your plan shows the judgement we are after, you will hear from us directly.
