What you get
Why this job is different
This is not a ticket queue. You deal with the founders yourself, and the AI you scope is built and trained in their first month, then goes live.
- You join the team trusted by brands including Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon Prime, San Miguel, Playboy, Levi's, Anytime Fitness, Biovene, Property Entrepreneur, Champ Vision, Digital Saga and Gadget Flow.
- 300+ AI systems built and 500+ AI agents deployed, and you work beside the people who build them.
- You are in the room while founders' AI goes live: agents that answer their leads, dashboards that run their numbers, content written by AI. You are the one who makes it ship.
- Our AI agents draft the call recaps and the briefs, so your hours go on judgement, not admin.
- Fully remote from anywhere in South Africa, flexible hours, pay set in US dollars.
Who we are looking for
This is for you if
This is a senior role for someone already running delivery for international clients from South Africa, or ready to. Certificates matter less to us than judgement.
- You have 3 to 5 years or more running delivery, accounts or projects at an agency or software company, in South Africa or for clients abroad.
- You hold eight or more clients at once without dropping one, including when the work runs late.
- You have shipped at least three of these for paying clients: websites, CRM automations, AI agents, lead generation, SEO. Any CRM counts.
- Claude or ChatGPT is part of your working day, and you catch it when it is confidently wrong.
- A UK or US founder on a video call hears a calm, clear manager, even when they want it yesterday.
- You chase without being asked, including your own boss, and you say early when something will slip.
The work itself
What you will do
From the day a founder signs to the day their AI goes live.
- Be the one person each founder deals with, and tell them where their work stands before they ask
- Run the calls with UK, Dubai and US founders, using the question set for each one, so nothing has to be asked twice
- Before you log off, every answer from the day's calls is a task on our board with an owner, a date and a clear finish line
- Get each new client into their dashboard and using it in their first weeks, and chase until they are
- Keep the build team moving, check every finished piece on the live system, then hand it over and answer the founder the same working day
- Notice the founder who has gone quiet, and the one who is ready to buy more, and raise both
The detail
What the job is like
The AI you will ship
Founders in London, Dubai and the US buy an AI team from us. From South Africa, you are the one who gets it into their hands.
- A website built to be found on Google and ChatGPT
- An AI sales agent that answers a lead in seconds, in website chat, Instagram, WhatsApp and email
- A CRM with the follow-ups built in
- One dashboard the founder runs the business from
- On bigger plans, AI lead generation and daily content; on the biggest, custom AI builds so the whole company runs on AI
Our builders and AI agents do the building. From South Africa, you make sure each founder gets what they need, that it works, and that they actually use it.
A client you might take on
A well-known US performer whose booking enquiries arrive faster than any one person can answer them.
You run the calls, get the inbox and calendar access the build needs, check every automated reply works before it goes live, and keep the client told where things stand. Alongside this client you will be running several others, each with its own call and its own tasks on our board.
What this job pays in South Africa
The range is the same in all three countries we hire in, and it is written on every page so nobody spends 90 minutes on a challenge for a job that does not fit their plans.
Where you start in it depends on your years in the role, how many clients you have held at once and kept, and what your challenge and voice note show us.
Your hours from South Africa
South Africa is one hour ahead of the UK in the British summer and two hours ahead in winter. Most of our UK clients' working day sits inside yours.
US clients start their day in your late afternoon, so some calls run into your evening. Outside the call windows you plan your own day.
Your first 90 days from South Africa
Your first month: you sit in on every client call, learn the board and the dashboard, and then start leading the calls yourself.
By day 90 every client knows where their work stands without asking, every call becomes tasks the same day, and nothing reaches a founder until you have seen it working.
What you need at home
A reliable connection and a backup for power cuts. Client calls with founders in London and New York do not wait for the grid.
A day from South Africa
A typical day, in South African time.
- Mid-morning: a pass through the board, then the first UK call.
- Early afternoon: the day's calls turned into tasks, and a check on what the build team finished since yesterday.
- Late afternoon: US founders come online. Evening calls happen, but they are not every day.
Working with London and New York from South Africa
Your mornings are quiet: the board, the build team's progress, the follow-ups. Your afternoons are founders, first London and then New York.
It suits someone who likes a clear morning to plan and a busy afternoon on calls, and who is happy to take the occasional evening call when a US founder needs one. If you have run accounts for UK or US clients from Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban, this will feel familiar, with the founders themselves on the other end of the call.
What happens after you apply
Every complete application is checked against the challenge, and a person on our team signs off every decision.
If yours is a fit, the next step is a call with our CEO.
Before you apply
The delivery challenge
About 90 minutes. It shows us how you run a call, plan the work and write to a founder, which no CV can.
The scenario. You have just taken over delivery for a founder who runs paid webinars. Ten referral partners send sign-ups, tracked by hand on ten separate pages. The plan you inherited: one shared page with a link per partner, an AI agent that books and reminds every sign-up, and a daily report instead of the manual count. Live by Friday.
Monday morning, your inbox:
- Five of the ten partner emails are unwritten. Only the subject lines exist.
- The founder, Friday at 6pm: can the system also take payment on the call, “if that’s not much extra work”?
- Your automation builder, Saturday: the booking tool the partner links depend on cannot do it. A different mechanism is needed.
- Your builder marked the partner pages done on Friday. Two of them show a price that does not match the founder’s own invoice.
- The founder’s two sales staff still cannot log in to their new dashboard.
- One 90-minute call with the founder on Thursday. Nothing else before go-live.
Send us four things, in one document.
A. The call
The questions you will ask on Thursday, in order, with one line on why each is there. Ten at most.
B. The board
The tasks for our team this week, each with an owner, a date and how we will know it is finished. Then two lines: what ships on Friday, and what moves.
C. The message
The Monday message you would send the founder before Thursday. Ready to send, not a description of one.
D. How you used AI
Use Claude or ChatGPT for A to C. Then show one place its first draft was wrong or generic, and what you changed. Tell us what you did not hand to it.
Then a 60-second voice note about a client project that went wrong and what you did. Any link that plays in a browser works: Loom, Vocaroo, Google Drive or an unlisted YouTube video. Put it at the very top of the document.
Submit one Google Doc with link sharing on, a Notion page or a web page, through the form below. An application without the challenge is not reviewed.
If you are well past 90 minutes, stop and send what you have. Knowing when to stop is part of the test.
How we read it
- A. Would your questions unblock Friday’s build?
- B. Could a builder work from your board without asking you anything?
- C. Would the founder trust you more after reading it?
- D. One real catch, not praise for the tool.
The voice note tells us how a founder will hear you on a call.

Questions people ask about this job in South Africa
Can a South African work remotely for an overseas agency like this one?
Yes. This role is open to people living anywhere in South Africa, fully remote, working with founders in the UK, Dubai and the US. The pay range is $24,000 to $36,000 a year, set in US dollars.
What hours will I work from South Africa, and will I work evenings?
UK calls fall between your mid-morning and early evening. US founders start in your late afternoon, so some calls run into the evening, though not every day. Outside the call windows the hours are yours.
How much does this remote job pay in rand?
The range is $24,000 to $36,000 a year, set in US dollars, which is about R33,000 to R50,000 a month at the 12 October 2026 rate. The rand amount is an estimate and moves with the exchange rate.
Do I need experience with international clients?
It helps, but it is not required. What we need is 3 to 5 years running client delivery, eight or more clients at once, and clear English on calls with UK and US founders. The voice note shows us that.
Which CRM do I need to know?
Any of them. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar all work the same way underneath. What matters is that you have run client work through a CRM every day, and our own custom CRM is quick to learn.
How long is the application challenge?
About 90 minutes, plus a 60-second voice note, and it is designed to be done in one sitting. You plan a founder's call, put a week of work on a board and write the founder a message, using AI as you normally would.
Do I need a degree to apply from South Africa?
No. We look at your years running delivery, how many clients you have held at once, and your challenge and voice note. A degree or a diploma is welcome, but nobody is screened out for not having one.
Can I apply while I am employed in South Africa?
Yes. The challenge takes about 90 minutes and fits into an evening, and applying tells nobody at your current job. Send it whenever it suits you; there is no deadline on this page.
The same role, other countries
Think you can run this?
Do the challenge, record the voice note, send the link. If your plan shows the judgement we are after, you will hear from us directly.
