What you get

Why this job is different

You sit with the people who own the company. Their AI is built and trained in their first month, then it answers their leads, runs their reports and writes their content.

  1. You join the team trusted by brands including Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon Prime, San Miguel, Playboy, Levi's, Anytime Fitness, Biovene, Property Entrepreneur, Champ Vision, Digital Saga and Gadget Flow.
  2. 300+ AI systems built and 500+ AI agents deployed, and you work beside the people who build them.
  3. You work with founders and CEOs directly. The person on the call is the person who decides.
  4. AI does the typing. Our agents draft the recaps and the briefs, so your day goes on judgement.
  5. Fully remote, flexible hours, with pay set in US dollars.

Who we are looking for

This is for you if

This is a senior role. We filter on judgement, not certificates: people who have held a full client list through late work and can talk honestly about what went wrong.

  1. You have 3 to 5 years or more as an operations, delivery, account or project manager at an agency or software company.
  2. Holding eight or more clients at once is normal for you, and you have kept them through work that ran late.
  3. You have delivered at least three of these for paying clients: websites, CRM automations, AI agents, lead generation, SEO. Any CRM counts.
  4. You use Claude or ChatGPT every working day, and you can spot when its answer is confident and wrong.
  5. You stay clear and calm on a video call with a founder who wants it yesterday.
  6. You chase without being asked, including your own boss, and you say early when something will slip.

The work itself

What you will do

From the day a founder signs to the day their AI goes live.

  • Be the one person each client deals with, and tell them where their work stands before they ask
  • Run every client call with the questions set for it, so we get what we need the first time
  • Turn each answer into a task on our board, with an owner, a date and a clear finish line, the same day
  • Get every new client logged in and using what they bought in their first weeks
  • Chase the team until it ships, check it live, then send it to the client and answer their messages the same working day
  • Spot the client who has gone quiet, and the one who is ready for more

The detail

What the job is like

The AI you will ship

Every client gets an AI team, built and trained in their first month, then live. This is what you will be shipping.

  • A website built to be found on Google and ChatGPT
  • An AI sales agent that answers a lead in seconds, in website chat, Instagram, WhatsApp and email
  • A CRM with the follow-ups built in
  • One dashboard the founder runs the business from
  • On bigger plans, AI lead generation and daily content; on the biggest, custom AI builds so the whole company runs on AI

Our builders and AI agents build it. You make sure the founder gets exactly what they need, that it works, and that they use it.

A client you might take on

A training company that sells through live events, moving every department onto one AI system: events, sales and marketing first, then reporting, finance and the team.

You run their weekly call, turn each answer into tasks, make sure every team can log in, and tell them what is live before they ask. You will hold several clients like this at once, each with its own tasks on our board and its own weekly call.

What this job pays

$24,000 to $36,000 a year, set in US dollars, in all three hiring countries. Each country page shows the local figure at the 12 October 2026 rate.

Where you start in the range depends on your years in the role, how many clients you have held at once, and what your challenge and voice note show us.

Who you will work with

On the client side: founders and CEOs of property, health, finance and entertainment businesses. They are busy and sharp, and they notice when a promise slips.

On our side: a small team of developers and builders, and our own AI agents, which draft, check and report around the clock.

What good looks like after 90 days

Every client knows where their work stands without having to ask. Every call becomes tasks on the board the same day.

Every new client is logged in and using what they bought. Nothing reaches a client until you have seen it working.

How to get a remote project manager job with us

Pick the page for the country you live in. Do the 90-minute delivery challenge, record a 60-second voice note, and send the link through that page's form.

We hire on the challenge and the voice note, not on the CV. A strong challenge from someone with the right years beats a polished CV every time.

Why this role exists

Our clients buy an AI team, and what they remember is how it felt to work with us. The calls, the updates and the moment it went live.

Today that falls across our CEO and our builders between everything else. This role gives every founder one person who owns it, from the first call to the day their AI is live and in use. It is a senior seat, and it is new.

What happens after you apply

Every complete application is checked against the challenge, and a person on our team signs off every decision.

If yours is a fit, the next step is a call with our CEO.

Where you live

Choose your country

The role, the challenge and the pay range are the same everywhere. Each country page carries the local pay, the hours and its own application form.

Before you apply

The delivery challenge

About 90 minutes. It shows us how you run a call, plan the work and write to a founder, which no CV can.

The scenario. You have just taken over delivery for a founder who runs paid webinars. Ten referral partners send sign-ups, tracked by hand on ten separate pages. The plan you inherited: one shared page with a link per partner, an AI agent that books and reminds every sign-up, and a daily report instead of the manual count. Live by Friday.

Monday morning, your inbox:

  1. Five of the ten partner emails are unwritten. Only the subject lines exist.
  2. The founder, Friday at 6pm: can the system also take payment on the call, “if that’s not much extra work”?
  3. Your automation builder, Saturday: the booking tool the partner links depend on cannot do it. A different mechanism is needed.
  4. Your builder marked the partner pages done on Friday. Two of them show a price that does not match the founder’s own invoice.
  5. The founder’s two sales staff still cannot log in to their new dashboard.
  6. One 90-minute call with the founder on Thursday. Nothing else before go-live.

Send us four things, in one document.

A. The call

The questions you will ask on Thursday, in order, with one line on why each is there. Ten at most.

B. The board

The tasks for our team this week, each with an owner, a date and how we will know it is finished. Then two lines: what ships on Friday, and what moves.

C. The message

The Monday message you would send the founder before Thursday. Ready to send, not a description of one.

D. How you used AI

Use Claude or ChatGPT for A to C. Then show one place its first draft was wrong or generic, and what you changed. Tell us what you did not hand to it.

Then a 60-second voice note about a client project that went wrong and what you did. Any link that plays in a browser works: Loom, Vocaroo, Google Drive or an unlisted YouTube video. Put it at the very top of the document.

Submit one Google Doc with link sharing on, a Notion page or a web page, through the page for the country you live in. An application without the challenge is not reviewed.

If you are well past 90 minutes, stop and send what you have. Knowing when to stop is part of the test.

How we read it

  • A. Would your questions unblock Friday’s build?
  • B. Could a builder work from your board without asking you anything?
  • C. Would the founder trust you more after reading it?
  • D. One real catch, not praise for the tool.

The voice note tells us how a founder will hear you on a call.

Questions people ask about this job

What does an operations and delivery manager do at an AI agency?

You own every client after they sign. You run their calls with set questions, turn the answers into dated tasks our team builds, chase the work, and send the finished AI systems to them. A senior project manager who also holds the relationship.

Is this remote project manager job fully remote?

Yes. It is fully remote with flexible hours. Client calls sit in UK, Dubai and US business hours, and outside those windows you plan your own day. Nobody on our team works from a shared office.

How much does this job pay?

$24,000 to $36,000 a year, with pay set in US dollars. Where you start in that range depends on your experience and on what your challenge and voice note show us. Each country page shows the local equivalent.

Which countries can I apply from?

South Africa, the Philippines and Spain. You must live in one of the three. Each has its own page with the local pay, the hours and an application form, so apply through the page for your country.

How much experience do I need?

At least 3 to 5 years as an operations, delivery, account or project manager at an agency or software company, holding eight or more clients at once, and delivering three of websites, CRM automations, AI agents, lead generation or SEO.

Do I need to know a specific CRM?

No. Any CRM counts, whether GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or something similar. They all work the same way underneath, and you will learn our custom CRM and client dashboard quickly once you start.

Do I need a degree for this remote project manager job?

No. We hire on 3 to 5 years or more in the role, on how many clients you have held at once, and on what your delivery challenge and voice note show us. A degree helps nobody run a founder's call.

Can I apply while I still have a job?

Yes. The challenge takes about 90 minutes and can be done in an evening, and nothing about applying tells your current employer. Send it whenever it suits you; there is no deadline on this page.

What does the delivery challenge test?

How you run a client call, how you turn it into tasks with owners and dates, and how you write to a founder when something moves. It also asks for one place where AI got it wrong and you caught it.

Ready when you are

Pick the page for the country you live in, do the challenge, and send it from there.
