Marketing agency pricing. Priced by how much we do for you
People ask an AI about you before they ever contact you. We give the AI everything it needs to find you and to rate you. That is where your leads start now. We do the work for you, and we tell you what happened.

We run everything
Nobody buys step two first. Month one builds your company brain, and everything above it stands on that. Step three is the one exception: if you want the whole thing built and run from day one, you can start there.
What a marketing agency costs, the short answer
Most agencies charge a monthly retainer. Our pricing starts at $2,000 a month for four seats, paid upfront, and covers the build, the systems and the running costs.
What changes the price is how much of the work we do, not how many hours we bill.
People ask AI about you before they ever contact you
Someone hears your name. Old search engines like Google are dying. So they open ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot and ask if you are any good.
The AI answers from whatever it can read about you. If it cannot find you, that person never gets in touch. If it does not rate you, the same thing happens.
You do not get a second chance. You never even know it happened. The sale just goes to someone else.
People call us a ChatGPT marketing agency, because that is where the buying starts now. Our first job as an AI search marketing agency is simple. We get you named when someone asks.
A beautiful website is not the engine
Lots of businesses have a beautiful looking website. But it is a Ferrari chassis with a Fiat Panda engine on the inside. It looks lovely to you. To an AI it reads like a blank page.
So you lose sales through holes you cannot see, and nobody tells you they are there.
Most companies are behind on all of this. We keep you ahead of the curve.

Everyone starts here. First we find your bottlenecks: what is costing you the most stress, the most time and the most money. Then we fix those.
Then we start with AI search, so the AI knows who you are. Then your leads. Then your revenue.
We are an AI optimisation agency, so we tune what you already run before we build anything new. You keep the tools you like. We also build some custom tech just for you, and we run it for you.
Then we write down everything your business knows, in one place. That is your company brain. It is what the AI reads when someone asks about you.
Every other step needs it, so nobody skips this one.
Every two weeks you get an AI consultation call. Where your business needs to go next, and a review of the work we are doing for you. The same call on every step.

You keep your company brain. We just do more of the work.
We take the manual jobs off your team. The outreach, the campaigns, the content, the funnels. We do the jobs your team keeps repeating every week.
You need step one before you can have this.

We run the lot for you. You get step one and step two, and we do all of it.
We also build bespoke tech for the jobs only your business has.
This step runs for 12 months, because building your own tools properly takes time. Most climb up from Foundation, but you do not have to: if you want the lot built and run from day one, you can start here.

A seat is a person in your team who can log into the dashboard. Extra seats are $150 a month each, at any step. We would rather your whole team was in there than have you ration it.
What every client gets, whichever step
We are an AI agency that does the work for you. Most companies give you AI tools and a login. Then they leave you to it. Most agency AI is a chatbot bolted on the side. Ours is your whole company brain.
We build the brain, we do the work, and we tell you what happened. We teach your team as we build.
We plug into the tools you already use, so this is not a rebuild of your company.
Your brain is files, and the files are yours. If you ever leave, you take them with you.
You get a consultation call every two weeks, on every step
Every two weeks you get an AI consultation call. It is not a status update, and it is not an account manager checking in. We work on your business on that call.
It does two jobs. The first is where your business needs to go next: what to build, what to stop doing, and what has changed in your market.
The second is the work we are doing for you. We show you what we built since the last call and what it did. You can question any of it and point it somewhere else.
Two weeks is the right gap. A month is long enough for a plan to go stale. A week is not long enough for us to have built anything worth showing you.
You get the same call on the first step as on the third. The consulting does not get better because you pay more. It starts in your first month.
We use every top AI, so you stay ahead of the curve
We use every top AI (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and Llama). We pick the best one for each job. You stay ahead of the curve.
We keep you inside the rules from step one.
The five ways agencies charge, and which one you are buying
Before you compare two prices, work out what shape they are. Almost every agency uses one of five, and they are not the same deal wearing different numbers.
A monthly retainer is a fixed fee for an agreed amount of work. It is the most common and the easiest to budget for, and the risk is that the work quietly shrinks while the fee stays the same.
Project pricing is a one-off fee for one job, a site or a campaign. Good for a clean piece of work with an end, bad for anything that needs looking after afterwards, because nobody is looking after it.
Package or tiered pricing is a menu: bronze, silver, gold. Simple to read, and it pushes you towards the tier that suits the seller rather than the one that suits your business.
Hourly is the one to watch. You pay for time whether it worked or not, and the agency earns more the slower it goes. Nobody in that arrangement is rewarded for finishing early.
A share of results ties the fee to what it earns. It sounds fair and it is hard to police, because attribution arguments start the moment there is money on the table.
We use a fixed monthly price, set by how much of the work we take off you. Not by hours, not by deliverables, and not by a percentage of what you spend elsewhere.
What each piece of the work costs
Ask any digital marketing agency what it costs and you get a list. Search one price, social another, ads a cut of your spend, email and pages on top. Five bills and five people to chase.
We do not split it up. Getting picked by AI, the pages that bring buyers, every enquiry answered, your own news channel and the systems behind them all sit in one monthly price.
Search and AI visibility. Content and pages that answer what your buyers ask. Ad strategy for Meta and Google. Enquiry handling and follow-up. Reporting you can read. One fee, no per-service invoices.
Why we charge monthly, not one big fee
You could pay a lump sum for a big build. The trouble is that by the time it is finished it is already out of date. AI moves every week.
So we charge monthly, and every improvement we make for any client gets pushed to yours. No asking, no new invoice.
Everything is in that one fee. The build, the systems running, the connections, the compliance work, the running costs. There is no separate bill later for the parts that make it work.
What changes the price, and what should not
Three things move it. How much of the work you want us to do, how many of your people need to be in the system, and whether you need something built that nobody else has.
The first is the ladder. At the first step we build it and it runs for you. At the second we take the campaigns and the outreach off your team. At the third we run everything.
The second is seats. Four are included at the first step, ten at the second, twenty five at the third, and extras are $150 a month each. We would rather your whole team was in there than have you ration access to it.
The third is custom work. Most businesses need the same things done well. Some need a tool that does not exist yet, and that sits at the top step because building something new properly takes time.
What should never move the price: how well the month went, how many hours it happened to take us, or how much you spend on ads somewhere else. If a fee goes up because you did well, you are paying a tax on your own success.
What it costs depending on the size of your business
Our first step suits a team of about five to fifty people who already have something that sells and no time to run the marketing behind it. That is where $2,000 a month lands.
Smaller than that and the honest answer is often not yet. If one person answers every enquiry and it works, you do not have a systems problem, and we would be selling you something you do not need.
Bigger, or with several departments pulling in different directions, and the second and third steps make more sense. The work is the same shape, there is just more of it and more of your people in it.
The one thing that does not change with size is where we start. Everyone builds the company brain first, because nothing above it works properly until the AI can read who you are and what you sell.
Why a system costs less than another hire
It never sleeps. It answers people at 2am as well as 2pm, and it does not hand in its notice.
Want more of your team using it? Extra seats are $150 each.

Frequently asked questions
Can you cancel?
Foundation and Ecosystem are month to month with 30 days notice. Workforce runs for twelve months. Whenever you go, you keep everything we made, and your brain is yours.
How much does AI cost?
It depends whether you are buying tools or results. Subscriptions stack up fast and somebody still has to work them. Ours starts at $2,000 a month with the people included.
How much does AI cost per month?
Tools are cheap and the work around them is not. Our steps are $2,000, $5,000 and $10,000 a month, and each one includes the team doing the work, not just the software.
How much does digital marketing cost?
Agencies usually quote a retainer, then ad spend, then tools, and the total is rarely the number you were shown. Ours is one monthly price with the build and the systems inside it.
How much does an AI agent cost?
On its own an agent is a project with its own bill and somebody to keep it alive. With us the agents sit inside the monthly price, and what we build for anyone else reaches you too.
How much do marketing agencies charge?
Most charge a retainer and bill extra for the work that matters. We do not. One price covers the build, the agents and the team, and it only changes when you move up a step.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. One monthly price, paid upfront. Ad spend is yours and goes straight to the platform, never through us. Extra seats are $150 each. Nothing else turns up later.
Is it worth hiring a marketing agency?
Not always. If nobody answers your enquiries today, fix that first. If your offer does not sell when you sell it, we will only get more people ignoring it faster. It works when you have something good and no time to run it.
