Every business you know needs what we built

Their buyers now ask an AI first. If it cannot find them, it names a rival instead. Nobody answers the enquiry that lands at midnight. Nobody is writing for them. You are the person who fixes all three.

  1. You keep the margin

You charge what you like. You pay us ours. The gap between the two is yours, on the first invoice and on every one after it, and you did not build any of it. There is no licence to buy first and nothing to pay until a client has paid you. We go through the real numbers on the call, because half of them are yours to decide.

  2. The demo closes itself

You do not pitch a deck. You open your own live system in front of a business owner and let them read their own name on a page an AI can quote. They see a real website, a real agent answering, and real numbers moving. People who have watched that happen tend to stop asking how it works and start asking when they can have it. It is a demonstration rather than a promise, which is why it survives a sceptical room.

  3. It stacks every month

This is not a one-off project fee. Every client you close pays every month they stay, so month three is three clients paying, not one client paid three times. A handful of them is money landing whether you sell anything new that month or not.

What you are actually selling

Not a tool, and not a website. One machine with five parts, built around one business and run for them.

  1. Getting picked by AI

Their site and their pages rebuilt so ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest can read them, trust them and name them when a buyer asks. This is the one most owners have never heard of and the one they feel first, because their competitor is already the answer and they are not.

  2. Never missing a lead

Every enquiry caught, answered, qualified and booked, day or night, on the website and in the messages. Most businesses lose more work to a slow reply than to a rival, and this is the part a sceptical owner tests in front of you on the call.

  3. Words that bring buyers

Articles and pages written out of their own business, answering the questions their buyers actually type rather than the ones we imagine. It is what turns a site nobody visits into a thing that brings people in every week without anybody posting.

  4. Their own news channel

A publication working for their name around the clock, publishing on its own and feeding the engines that quote them. It is the difference between a company that exists online and a company the internet keeps mentioning.

  5. The brain, and the work it runs

Everything the business knows in one place, and the systems doing the work on top of it, in one dashboard they log into. This is what makes the rest of it theirs rather than rented, and it is the reason the price is monthly.

Every client gets all five, at every step. What changes is how much of each we do: at step one we make what they already have work, and from step two we write the new material and run the channel.

Two ways to start selling

Choose the model that fits how you like to work. Either way you can be selling this week.

  1. You bring the clients. We do the build.

Like Stephen, who closed his first deal on day one

You find the business and agree the price. We build the whole system, done for you: the website, the agent that answers, the writing, the news channel and the dashboard they run it from. You hand it over, they are delighted, and you keep the difference between what you charged and what you paid us. No code. No team. No build nights. The only thing you own is the conversation. Month one is the build and the training, then they go live, and we keep improving it every month after that while you go and find the next one.

    How it works

    1. You find a business owner and show them your own system
    2. They say yes and you take payment at your price
    3. You pass the brief to us
    4. We build, train and deliver the whole thing
    5. You hand it over. They love it. You keep the margin.
    • No build work, ever
    • Done for you on every client
    • We handle the setup and the running
    • You set your own price and margin
    • No technical skills needed
  2. You rent the system. You do the builds.

Like Rick, who signed 3 clients from his co-working space in week one

You get the build system itself: the same agents, the same step-by-step, the same documentation we use on every client we take on. You use it to deliver AI systems under your own name, to your own clients, at your own prices, and you keep all of it. This is the one for agency owners, consultants and community builders who want this as a service they own rather than a service they resell. It costs you more time and it earns you the whole ticket, and you can move between the two models as you grow.

    What you get access to

    1. The full build agents, the same ones we use
    2. The complete step by step, for every client type
    3. All templates, prompts and documentation
    4. Ongoing updates as the system improves
    5. Direct support from Chris when you need it
    • Build under your own brand
    • No cap on clients or revenue
    • Keep everything you charge
    • Sell it as your own service
    • Needs comfort with AI tools

You sell it. We build it.

The split never moves, and it is the whole reason this works for someone who has never built anything.

What you do

  • Find the business owner. You already know some.
  • Show them your own live system, not a slide.
  • Agree the price. It is yours to set.
  • Take the payment and send us the brief.
  • Stay the face of it. They are your client.

What we do

  • Research the business and build its brain.
  • Build and train the whole system in month one.
  • Run the setup, the hosting and the upkeep.
  • Keep improving it every month it is live.
  • Stay behind you, silently, for as long as you want.

You never touch a line of code. Your client never learns our name unless you want them to.

What you can earn

You set the selling price. We tell you ours on the call, and the gap between the two is yours.

Step What your client gets
Foundation We build it, and it runs for them
Ecosystem We take the outreach, the campaigns and the content off their team
Workforce We run everything, including whatever is bespoke to them

How the margin works

You charge what the work is worth to their business. You pay us ours. The gap is yours, every month they stay. Move one client up a step and that gap gets wider without a single new conversation. We do not print the numbers here because half of them are yours to set, and the honest version of this sum takes ten minutes on a call.

You control your own pricing.

You set the selling price, so the margin is yours to decide.

Book a call and we will work your numbers out together, on your actual audience.

How you start

Four steps, and the first one is a conversation rather than a commitment.

  1. Book the call

Half an hour with Chris, not a salesperson. You bring your audience and what you want out of it, we go through what your people would actually buy, and between us we work out which of the two models fits you. If neither does, we will say so on that call.

  2. Get your own system

You get a live build of your own to show people. It is the demo, and it is also the thing that teaches you the product faster than any document could, because you are using the same system you are about to sell.

  3. Show one person

Not a campaign, and not an audience. One business owner you already know, sat in front of the screen with you. Most resellers find their first yes in the room they were already standing in, which is why the people who do well here started with a list rather than an idea.

  4. Send us the brief

They pay you, you pay us, and we start the same week. Month one is build and train, then they go live, and you keep the margin every month they stay. You stay the face of it throughout, and we stay behind you.

Real people. Real income.

Resellers come from everywhere. Coaches, consultants, agency owners, community builders. If you have an audience, you can sell this.

Now earning full-time income by white-labelling The Agency's AI systems. Turned a subscription into a profitable agency business serving my own clients.

Thomas, Digital Saga, Reseller Partner

Closed my first reseller deal on day one. I just show prospects what my own system looks like and they want the same thing. The done-for-you build makes it an easy sell.

Stephen, Coaches Industry, Reseller

Signed 3 clients from my co-working space in the first week. Having access to the full build system means I can deliver for my community without building the tech myself.

Rick, Co-Working Space Owner, IP Partner

You already know people who need this

Any audience with business owners in it is a reseller opportunity. This is where ours come from.

  • Agency owners

Add AI systems to what you already sell, and upsell the clients you already have without hiring anyone.

  • Community builders

Run a community, a membership or a group of business owners? You are already sitting on the pipeline.

  • Coaches and consultants

Your clients pay you for the advice. This is the system that acts on it, and it bills monthly.

  • Freelancers

Designers, marketers and writers: your clients need the whole machine, not the one piece you sell them.

  • Co-working spaces

Every member is a business owner. Offer the AI upgrade as part of what membership gets them.

  • Networks and events

Run events or masterminds? You meet the buyer for this every single session you host.

Who this is wrong for

Worth saying plainly, because it saves us both a call. Four kinds of person should not do this.

You want passive income

This is not passive. We take the whole build off you, not the selling. If nobody in your world is going to have the conversation, there is no margin, because there is no client.

You have no audience yet

The resellers who do well already knew business owners before they started: a community, a client list, a room they stand in every week. If you are starting from nobody, build the audience first.

You want to undercut on price

You can set any price you like, and racing to the bottom will just cost you your own margin. This sells on what it does for the business, not on being the cheapest thing they were shown.

You want to resell one tool

There are cheaper programmes for that, and they are easy to copy. What we hand over is a whole system built around one company, which is harder to sell in a sentence and much harder to cancel.

If none of those is you, the rest is simple. You find the business. We build the system. The difference is yours.

Frequently asked questions

How do I become a reseller?

You resell complete AI systems to businesses, not stock. Book a call, pick which of the two models suits you, and take a live system of your own away from it. That system is your demo. Show it to one business owner you already know.

What is an AI agent?

Software that does a job rather than waiting to be asked. Ours answers every enquiry, qualifies it, handles the awkward questions and books the call, at three in the morning if that is when it lands.

What is agentic AI?

AI that acts instead of answering. Your client has heard the word and does not know what it buys them. It buys them work getting done without anybody starting it, and that is the thing you are selling.

What is AI as a service?

AI you rent and somebody else runs, instead of hiring people to build it. That is what your client buys from you: the whole thing built, trained and kept current, with nothing for them to install or maintain.

What is AI automation?

Handing a job somebody does by hand to something that does it every time without being asked. On a client build that is the enquiries, the follow-ups, the writing and the reporting, running whether anyone is at a desk.

What is no-code AI?

AI you can put to work without writing anything. It is why most of our resellers are not technical. You open your own system in front of somebody and talk about their business, and anything technical comes back to us.

How much does an AI agent cost?

Built from scratch it runs into months of developer time. Bought as part of a system it is a monthly price with the build included. Your client pays you whatever you decide, and we give you our number on the call.

What is reseller pricing?

The price you pay us, set against the price you charge. We give ours to you and never to your client. The gap is your margin every month they stay, and you can move it up or down deal by deal.

What is a partner programme?

An arrangement where one company sells another's product and keeps a share. Ours is a reseller programme rather than a referral one: you own the client and you set the price. Which of the two models fits you is what the call works out.

What is a non-circumvention agreement?

A written promise that one side will not go round the other to their client. What we put in writing with you, and exactly what it covers, is one of the things we settle on the call, before you sell anything.
