What you get

Why this job is different

The founders are on your calls, and the AI you scope is built and trained in their first month, then goes live.

  1. You join the team trusted by brands including Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon Prime, San Miguel, Playboy, Levi's, Anytime Fitness, Biovene, Property Entrepreneur, Champ Vision, Digital Saga and Gadget Flow.
  2. 300+ AI systems built and 500+ AI agents deployed, and you work beside the people who build them.
  3. You are in the room, in English, while founders' AI goes live: agents that answer their leads, dashboards that run their numbers. You are the one who makes it ship.
  4. Our AI agents prepare the recaps and the drafts, so you spend your day deciding, not typing.
  5. Fully remote anywhere in Spain, flexible hours, pay set in US dollars.

Who we are looking for

This is for you if

This is a senior role for an English-speaking delivery or account manager living in Spain. What we look for is judgement, shown in the challenge, more than a list of qualifications.

  1. You have 3 to 5 years or more as a delivery, account, operations or project manager at an agency or software company.
  2. You have held eight or more clients at once, and kept them through work that ran late.
  3. You have delivered at least three of these for paying clients: websites, CRM automations, AI agents, lead generation, SEO. Any CRM counts.
  4. You work with Claude or ChatGPT every day, and you check what it gives you before anyone else sees it.
  5. Your English is clear and confident on video calls with UK and US founders, whatever your first language.
  6. You chase without being asked, including your own boss, and you say early when something will slip.

The work itself

What you will do

From the day a founder signs to the day their AI goes live.

  • Be the one person each client deals with, and tell them where their work stands before they ask
  • Take the calls with founders in the UK, Dubai and the US, in English, using the question set for each one
  • Turn each call into tasks on our board the same day, every one with an owner, a date and a clear finish line
  • See every new client logged in and using what they bought in their first weeks
  • Drive the build team to finish, check each piece working on the live system, then deliver it and answer the client the same working day
  • Catch the client who has gone quiet, and the one who is ready to grow with us

The detail

What the job is like

The AI you will ship

Founders in the UK, Dubai and the US buy an AI team from us, and they want one calm, English-speaking person making it happen. From Spain, that is you.

  • A website built to be found on Google and ChatGPT
  • An AI sales agent that answers a lead in seconds, in website chat, Instagram, WhatsApp and email
  • A CRM with the follow-ups built in
  • One dashboard the founder runs the business from
  • On bigger plans, AI lead generation and daily content; on the biggest, custom AI builds so the whole company runs on AI

The building is done by our builders and AI agents. From Spain, in English, you make sure every founder gets what they need, sees it working, and uses it.

A client you might take on

A hardware company relaunching under a new brand, with a new website and a qualifying funnel being built in its first month.

You run the calls, collect every asset and login the build needs, check each piece works before the founder sees it, and keep them told what is live. It sits next to several other clients on your list, each with its own call and its own tasks on our board.

What this job pays in Spain

The range is the same in all three countries we hire in, and it is written on every page so nobody spends 90 minutes on a challenge for a job that does not fit their plans.

Where you start in it depends on your years in the role, how many clients you have held at once and kept, and what your challenge and voice note show us.

Your hours from Spain

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are one hour ahead of the UK all year, so UK calls sit inside your working day. The Canary Islands share UK time, which works just as well.

Most UK calls land between your late morning and early evening, and US clients start their day in your afternoon. Outside the call windows you plan your own day.

Your first 90 days from Spain

Your first month: you sit in on every client call, learn the board and the dashboard, and then start leading the calls yourself, in English.

By day 90 every client knows where their work stands without asking, every call becomes tasks the same day, and nothing reaches a founder until you have checked it live.

A day from Spain

A typical day, in Spanish time.

  • Morning: a pass through the board and the first UK calls, one hour behind you.
  • Afternoon: the day's calls turned into tasks, and US founders coming online.
  • Outside those calls the day is yours to plan.

Working in English, from Spain

You live in Spain and work in English with founders in London, Dubai and New York. Most of the day lines up with the UK, so calls feel like working from a UK office, without the commute.

It suits someone who has worked with UK or US clients before and wants senior, client-facing work without leaving Spain. If you have run accounts for British or American clients from Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia, this will feel familiar, with the founders themselves on the other end of the call.

What happens after you apply

Every complete application is checked against the challenge, and a person on our team signs off every decision.

If yours is a fit, the next step is a call with our CEO.

Before you apply

The delivery challenge

About 90 minutes. It shows us how you run a call, plan the work and write to a founder, which no CV can.

The scenario. You have just taken over delivery for a founder who runs paid webinars. Ten referral partners send sign-ups, tracked by hand on ten separate pages. The plan you inherited: one shared page with a link per partner, an AI agent that books and reminds every sign-up, and a daily report instead of the manual count. Live by Friday.

Monday morning, your inbox:

  1. Five of the ten partner emails are unwritten. Only the subject lines exist.
  2. The founder, Friday at 6pm: can the system also take payment on the call, “if that’s not much extra work”?
  3. Your automation builder, Saturday: the booking tool the partner links depend on cannot do it. A different mechanism is needed.
  4. Your builder marked the partner pages done on Friday. Two of them show a price that does not match the founder’s own invoice.
  5. The founder’s two sales staff still cannot log in to their new dashboard.
  6. One 90-minute call with the founder on Thursday. Nothing else before go-live.

Send us four things, in one document.

A. The call

The questions you will ask on Thursday, in order, with one line on why each is there. Ten at most.

B. The board

The tasks for our team this week, each with an owner, a date and how we will know it is finished. Then two lines: what ships on Friday, and what moves.

C. The message

The Monday message you would send the founder before Thursday. Ready to send, not a description of one.

D. How you used AI

Use Claude or ChatGPT for A to C. Then show one place its first draft was wrong or generic, and what you changed. Tell us what you did not hand to it.

Then a 60-second voice note about a client project that went wrong and what you did. Any link that plays in a browser works: Loom, Vocaroo, Google Drive or an unlisted YouTube video. Put it at the very top of the document.

Submit one Google Doc with link sharing on, a Notion page or a web page, through the form below. An application without the challenge is not reviewed.

If you are well past 90 minutes, stop and send what you have. Knowing when to stop is part of the test.

How we read it

  • A. Would your questions unblock Friday’s build?
  • B. Could a builder work from your board without asking you anything?
  • C. Would the founder trust you more after reading it?
  • D. One real catch, not praise for the tool.

The voice note tells us how a founder will hear you on a call.

Do the delivery challenge first and put your 60-second voice note link at the top of it, then send it here.

Questions people ask about this job in Spain

Can I work remotely from Spain for this agency?

Yes. This role is open to people living anywhere in Spain, fully remote and in English. You work with founders in the UK, Dubai and the US, and the pay range is set in US dollars.

Do I need to speak Spanish for this job?

No. The working language is English, for every client call, message and brief, so what matters is clear, confident English on video calls with UK and US founders. Speaking Spanish too is a bonus, never a requirement.

How much does this remote job pay in euros?

The range is $24,000 to $36,000 a year, set in US dollars, which is about €21,000 to €32,000 at the 12 October 2026 rate. The euro amount is an estimate and moves with the exchange rate.

What hours will I work from Spain?

A normal Spanish working day. UK calls fall inside it, and US founders come online in your afternoon. Outside those call windows you plan your own hours, so long lunches and early finishes are yours to arrange.

How much experience do I need?

At least 3 to 5 years as a delivery, account, operations or project manager at an agency or software company, holding eight or more clients at once, and delivering three of websites, CRM automations, AI agents, lead generation or SEO.

How long does the delivery challenge take?

About 90 minutes, plus a 60-second voice note, and it is designed to be done in one sitting. You plan a founder's call, put a week of work on a board and write the founder a message, using AI as you normally would.

Can I work from anywhere in Spain, including the Canaries?

Yes. Anywhere in Spain works, from Madrid and Barcelona to the Balearics and the islands further south. All you need is a reliable connection and a quiet place for video calls with founders.

Do I need a degree to apply from Spain?

No. We look at your years running delivery or accounts, how many clients you have held at once, and your challenge and voice note. A degree is welcome, but nobody is screened out for not having one.

Can I apply while I am still employed in Spain?

Yes. The challenge takes about 90 minutes and fits into an evening, and applying tells nobody at your current job. Send it whenever it suits you; there is no deadline on this page.

Think you can run this?

Do the challenge, record the voice note, send the link. If your plan shows the judgement we are after, you will hear from us directly.
