Corporate LiveWire runs the Prestige Awards through Fenice Media, from Birmingham in the UK. Each regional edition names a winner in each category and publishes the winners in an online guide.

2020

Barcelona: Social Media Marketing Company of the Year

Our first Prestige Award, for our social media marketing work in Barcelona.

The organiser told us we had won on 24 February 2020, and confirmed it on 13 March 2020. The award came with a crystal trophy and a framed certificate, and a full page about us in the published guide.

The judges were impressed with your team's personal nature, consistency of reviews and overall attentiveness. It makes you stand out in a very competitive industry and I hope this achievement serves as a springboard for more success.

The guide's page about us put it in one line: "TheAgency.io push the boundaries of what can be achieved from a well-executed social media and marketing strategy."

2021

Spain: the same award, again

A second win in the same category, issued as a 2x Award Winner.

We did not enter again. As a past winner in Barcelona, the organiser considered us again automatically for the Spain Prestige Awards 2021/22, and told us we had won on 9 April 2021.

The community feel around what you do is still apparent and the personal service really sets you apart in a competitive industry.

2024/25

Southern Europe and the Middle East: Social Marketing Agency of the Year

Two editions, two wins, in February 2025.

On 3 February 2025 the organiser named us Social Marketing Agency of the Year. As past winners for Spain, they told us, they had put us into the bigger Southern Europe edition.

Later that month the Middle East edition named us Social Marketing Agency of the Year too, and sent its own winner badge. Two editions, two wins, both shown here.

It came five years after our first Prestige Award. By then we had been building with AI for six years, and the agency the judges looked at was a different shape from the one that won in Barcelona.

The judges never praised a tool. Each time, they praised the service.

  In 2020 and in 2021 the judges named the same thing: how closely we look after clients. Today that is a consultation call every two weeks, on every plan.
